The beginning of the school year can be a very stressful time of year for your child. It would be very helpful for you and your child if you start your school routine a few weeks before school begins. For example: waking your child up when they would normally wake up in order to get ready for school. This way, your child will be well rested and excited for the school year to begin. This should also help parents ease back into the routine of getting your child ready for school.
Another helpful tip, would be to make sure your child knows what bus he/she will be riding. If you plan to pick up your child then make sure they know where you will be meeting them. This can help to alleviate any transportation issues that may arise.
